Taking a boat trip from Hout Bay to the Island Seal colonies was a great start to the holiday. The flight shots of the Kelp Gulls were taken there. The shots on the beach were taken at the Cape of Good Hope. Constantly scurrying over the rocks were tens of thousands of Sand Hoppers or whatever the S.A. equivalent is. (if you know exactly let me know!) They lazily snapped away when the need arose.
