I have a Starling coming to my bird table which carries a silver ring on the right leg and a yellow ring on the left. Is it possible from this info to know where/when it was ringed?
To the attentive eye, each moment of the year has its own beauty, and in the same field, it beholds, every hour, a picture which was never seen before, and which shall never be seen again. --Ralph Waldo Emerson

Gordon I've emailed you BTO info of a bird I reported on 19/4/2013, the bird an adult female had 1Y on the yellow ring and had been ringed in Wellington Park, Montrose in 2012. I took a photo of it at Tayock on the north side of the main road. You should submit it again to http://www.ring.ac/ Alex Shepherd.
