Gyro copter flying around coxes stack

In tonights evening telegraph there's some guy been flying one of these gyro copters around the stack on Easter Sunday,this is not good news for the local falcons.I tried to email dc Thompsons about it but emails aren't sending for some reason.

If you look at the drone video you can see at frames 32 - 33 seconds in what looks like the Peregrine doing a quick exit from left side of ledge. You will need to view frame by frame but looking a jizz it does seem to be a peregrine.
