I am keen to stress that these chick images were not taken at the nest but were fully mobile birds that had left the nest and were stumbled upon as I walked over moorland fields. Taken quickly and with a zoom lens no disturbance was caused.
Photos taken with a Canon EOS 30D and a Canon 100-400 F/4.5-5.6 L IS Lens.
