Macritch Hill Wind Farm

Postby Dave Adam » Thu Feb 19, 2015 7:40 pm

Re Jon's post earlier.

It is extremely important to object to this and other wind farms proposed for the Angus glens near the Cairngorms National Park. The applicant's environmental statements predict raptor deaths due to rotor blade collisions - a prediction with the intent of breaking the law to kill a schedule 1 bird of prey. I cannot stress enough how important this area is to large raptors, especially for eagles. Please object in your own words with your name and address and e-mail to representations@scotland.gsi.gov.uk by 20 February 2015 and of-course state Macritch Hill wind farm objection.
