Species: Lesser Yellowlegs
Location: Per Birdguides. Juvenile Lesser Yellowlegs and Wood Sandpiper on the pools at Starnafin Farm, Loch of Strathbeg, Aberdeenshire this afternoon and evening. Juv Red-backed Shrike late afternoon on roadside fence near lighthouse cottages, Rattray Head, Aberdeenshire.

Wheatear at St.Cyrus beach. Seemed bigger than usual with more deep orange/buff colours. Male Greenland in winter plumage? 6.00pm 18th Sept 06

Location: Birdguides Website reports a Buff-breasted Sandpiper at Cotehill Loch, Aberdeenshire this morning.
No further reports of Lesser Yellowlegs since 5:20pm Saturday afternoon.
