Mixed flock of around 30 Twite and Linnets on the Wigeon Hide track, afternoon 1/11/2018. 2 Short-eared Owls seen by wildfowlers on 31/10/2018 near the hide, not found today by 1700.

Green Sandpiper and Greenland White-fronted Goose still at Murton and Balgavies.

https://www.flickr.com/photos/137390807 ... ed-public/ Likely the best view I'll get of the Greenland White-fronted Goose

White-tailed Eagle adult over Kinnordy this afternoon, flew towards Glamis and the coast. Also, 2 Red Kites, 2 Buzzards and a male Sparrowhawk.

Green Sandpiper still at Murton, often on the car park pond/puddle next to the viewpoint on the track to the Stewart Hide. Approaching will flush it to the far side as will noise anywhere nearby.

Murton NR, Forfar. 23/11/2018

Two Green Sandpipers this morning, five Magpies and 5 Roe Deer, all on the car park scrape which was showing signs of the water rising. It will take a lot more rain though to become a pond again.

Previously filmed Green Sandpiper video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9LfgNwMgCTk
